Airlines business is hard and if you have crappy employee than it will bankrupt sooner than you thing.
Like Mexicana Airlines,Aero California. Quality employee is the key for success of any business.

Don’t fly with TACA Airlines.The most worst Airlines in the 21 Century.
The management personal most likely not even high school grad. Maintaining a very poor communications.
Last word: They have small heart with a cheap mentality.

Recently I traveled to Europe from Los Angeles and flown with Iberia Airlines.
Service and Crews are great,good food and drinks.The equipment was an Airbus 340 very old one.They had no video screen so no choice but the old fashion bulky TV,what ever they like to play watch it or go to sleep. whole 12 hours only two movies that is it.Yhe seats are not confi.

Good Airlines are according to equipments,Managements and services:
Keep in mind most triple 777 Boeings and 380 Airbus are great to fly with.
